Job Description: As a Junior Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. You will work closely with our senior accountants and finance managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, and contribute to various accounting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their skills and grow within a reputable manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
