What the Manager of Financial Systems & Engineering Analytics will do:
Manage the maintenance, production reporting, and analysis of ERP financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Peoplesoft and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Develop and maintain management reports, working directly with stakeholders to provide additional data as needed
Design, plan, and implement system enhancements to meet business needs and improve efficiency
Supervise a small team, ensuring high-quality work distribution and service delivery
Support financial system interfaces, performing error corrections and ensuring data integrity
Collaborate with Engineering management and IT to support current and changing business needs
What are the requirements for the Manager of Financial Systems & Engineering Analytics role?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5-7 years of experience as a financial systems analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Dynamics 365
Excellent computer/internet aptitude and strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to change
Highly analytical and motivated self-starter with minimal supervision and ability to work as an effective team member
