- Manage the maintenance, production reporting, and analysis of ERP financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Peoplesoft and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Develop and maintain management reports, working directly with stakeholders to provide additional data as needed
- Design, plan, and implement system enhancements to meet business needs and improve efficiency
- Supervise a small team, ensuring high-quality work distribution and service delivery
- Support financial system interfaces, performing error corrections and ensuring data integrity
- Collaborate with Engineering management and IT to support current and changing business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-7 years of experience as a financial systems analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Dynamics 365
- Excellent computer/internet aptitude and strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to change
- Highly analytical and motivated self-starter with minimal supervision and ability to work as an effective team member
