- Budgeting: Develop annual budgets and periodic projections for assigned programs.
- Billing & Accounts Receivable:
- Maintain and update receivable accounts, linking them to the general ledger, and ensuring accuracy.
- Generate invoices and reconcile accounts.
- Resolve billing issues through effective communication with various stakeholders including government agencies, insurance companies, and clients.
- Analyze EHR reports for contact note modifications and process claims and ledger adjustments.
- Assist in EHR system administration and billing functions, including report writing and queries.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant accounting roles.
- Expertise: Proficiency in EHR/EMR back-office claims administration.
- Skills: Strong general ledger and month-end close capabilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with systems like Netsmart Technologies, myEvolv, or similar is a plus.
