THE ROLE
  • Greet customers, be the face of the company
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Clerical tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist upper management whenever necessary
IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word
  • Takes pride in being on time with great work attendance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A positive, outgoing personality is a must
  • Non-smokers only
