Creative Financial Staffing is Hiring a Part-time Accounting Clerk Near South Bend, IN
- CFS is working with one of our favorite clients to identify a part-time accounting clerk to join their close-knit, laid-back team!
- The part-time Accounting Clerk will work 3 days/week, approximately 20 hours/week.
- This is a great opportunity for a team player who enjoys having variety in their day!
- This role has lots of hands-on training opportunities with a group that loves working together for their community!
- Data entry, filing, and mailing for Accounts Payable
- Client billing and data entry of claims and cash receipts for Accounts Receivable
- Mailing, filing, data entry, and other accounting related tasks as assigned
- Documentation of accounting tasks as necessary
- Thorough understanding of debits and credits
- Minimum two years of accounts payable experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Sage Intact is a major plus!
- Enjoys working with a team
- Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks
