The impact youll have at Concora Credit:

Youll work primarily in ADP WorkforceNow, preparing, managing, and processing our biweekly payroll for the organization. The Payroll Specialist maintains payroll data accuracy, state and federal taxes, compliance, and reporting internal and external end-of-year processes. This role will partner with the full HR team on ADP system-related requests and process improvements.

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office with a hybrid schedule. We're onsite Monday - Wednesday, and Remote Thursday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

As our Payroll Specialist, you will:

  • Be responsible for managing our payroll and HRIS system.
  • Process biweekly, multistate payroll for 800 employees.
  • Ensure the accurate input and management of all employee data and updates, including all employee payroll transactions: new hires, salary changes, garnishments, time off, commissions, premium pay, and terminations.
  • Perform year-end responsibilities, including PTO rollover and W-2 verification & delivery.
  • Prepare and submit all required forms and reports, as required by federal or state statutes.
  • Identify user issues and provide appropriate training on HRIS/Payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Identify and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related questions from employees and management.
  • Process all terminations in ADP, including calculating and delivering final check within regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Payroll experience.
  • Experience processing payroll with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Demonstrated experience managing payroll systems in a multi-state, largely hourly workforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience working with highly sensitive information.
  • The highest level of ethics, discretion, and ability to keep information confidential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all federal and state payroll tax, wage and hour law, and payroll policies.
  • Intermediate MS Excel.
