Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee project accounting functions, including project setup, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze project financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor project expenses, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition for projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, Timberline or Vista Viewpoint.
Salary: $57,000-$67,000
