Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project accounting functions, including project setup, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze project financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor project expenses, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition for projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, Timberline or Vista Viewpoint.
