PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client in the machinery industry is seeking a Project Accountant. This role is with a company known for setting the standard of excellence in their industry, the company has a reputation of working closely with clients and are committed to providing outstanding service. As a stable, independently owned company in continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team-oriented environment.
JOB DUTIES:
- Review Subcontractor applications for accuracy and billing requirements.
- Reconciliations, job costing, invoicing, and milestone invoicing.
- Preparing cost analysis reports.
- Record and Track Pre-Lien Information and releases on multiple projects.
- Correspond with field personnel, vendors and subcontractors; regular communication with Controller, Director, and Owner.
- Completing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash balances on multiple accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of general accounting experience
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational skills required.
