- The property accountant is a new position and the perfect opportunity for someone looking to continue to develop their accounting career. You will be responsible for all property accounting duties, as well as process payroll for the entire organization.
- Salary is $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience
- Review financials for timely and accurate reporting
- Review of cash flows, distributions and funding requests
- Review bank reconciliations for accuracy, completeness and accuracy
- Process payments timely and accurately, cross collaborate with other team members
- Oversight of responses to client requests and review questions
- Prepare financial packages, including general ledger review, bank reconciliations and balance sheet support schedules for assigned assets
- Support and process payroll
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5 years of property management experience
- Public accounting a plus
- ADP experience a plus
