Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
- Reporting directly to the CEO and CAO, and collaborating with various teams, you will be responsible for increasing sales through customer engagement, strategic selling, and in-depth product knowledge.
- Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving and surpassing revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the company's overall business goals.
- Additionally, you will work with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of sales orders.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and CAO to develop and effectively communicate weekly product menus designed to boost sales orders.
- Partner with logistics and transport teams to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of all approved sales orders, maintaining smooth operations.
- Engage proactively and coordinate efficiently with the Processing and Inventory teams to maintain up-to-date product availability, facilitating seamless order fulfillment.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks on seed-to-sale platforms, ensuring records are precise and current.
Qualifications of the Sales Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree
- Good tenure with stable employment history
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to sell
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
