Responsibilities
- Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger
- Performing monthly balance sheet and income statement budget analyses
- Assessing difficult transactions and recording respective entries appropriately
- Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules
- Supervising accounting staff
- Preparing financial statements
- Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management
- Solid communication, technology, organizational and analytical skills
- At least three years’ experience
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Accreditations such as CPA or CMA are a plus
- Must be strong in Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
