Position:
- Operational accounting & analysis
- Completing property financials
- Maintaining rent schedules
- Quarterly reporting
- Completing month-end close
- Assisting with year-end close
- Process improvements
- Balance sheets
- Financial packages
- Tracking and requesting draws
- Account Analysis
- Journal entries
- Act as point of contact for outsourced staff accounting team
Requirements:
- 2-3 years proven accounting experience
- Multiple entity accounting
- MS Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Experience utilizing accounting software
