Compensation: $38-44/hour (dependent on experience)

They are dedicated to excellence and innovation, seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to enhance their financial reporting and data management capabilities. This role will report directly to the Director of Finance and be part of a talented and collaborative finance team.
Role Details
- Reason for Opening: Expansion due to increased business demand
- Position Type: Temp to hire opportunity
- Work Hours: Core business hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday

- The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage a team of junior accountants.
- They will lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and approve invoices and expense reports.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Must-Have for the Senor Accountant:
- The Senior Accountant will be expected to have extensive experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Plus for the Senior Accountant:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- CPA certification.
