- Senior Accountant will spend roughly 60% of time reviewing accounting work of other staff team members
- Senior Accountant will spend roughly 40% of time will be preparing bank recs
- Senior Accountant will prepare reports (reports are system generated)
- Senior Accountant will complete bank rec reviews – our client has a large volume of properties, all bank recs are due by 10th business day, review, leave comments, identify needs so Staff Accountants can post
- Senior Accountant will be overseeing 3 and answering their questions
- Senior Accountant will complete ad hoc tasks and projects as requested
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Must know US GAAP
- Yardi is accounting system – a plus, not a requirement
- Must have ERP system experience
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
- Strong Excel skills – pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s
- High attention to detail
- Able to keep up with a fast-paced work environment
