Key ResponsibilitiesAudit Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute audit engagements from start to finish.
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
- Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and audit objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing audit findings and recommendations.
- Ensure all working papers are complete and comply with the firm's standards.
- Present audit findings to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and regulations.
- Implement best practices in audit processes and methodologies.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in audit or related field.
- Experience in a supervisory or senior role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
