Senior Financial Analyst / Accounting Analyst - Hybrid Work ModelOne of our favorite clients in Minneapolis is growing and is looking to add a new position to help support their growth. This newly created role will be the first true FP&A hire for the company and will have the ability to help build out those functions for the business, (i.e. building budgeting/forecasting processes, financial models, etc.). As the Senior Financial Analyst/Accounting Analyst, your primary focus will be building/supporting FP&A functions as well as working with the Controller on providing some general accounting support.

- Financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support
- Analysis of financial performance
- Financial modeling
- Financial reporting
- General Ledger accounting support
- Ad-hoc projects
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Minimum of three years experience
- Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modeling experience required
- General Ledger accounting experience
- CPA or advanced degree preferred
- Great communication skills
- High attention to detail
