About The Senior FP&A Analyst RoleThe Senior FP&A Analyst will evaluate, interpret, and monitor financial and operational data from various sources to help achieve strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business leadership, the Senior Analyst will create financial models, prepare forecasts, and conduct research and analysis based on business needs. The Senior FP&A Analyst should be proficient in various financial tasks such as planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to present financial data and models clearly and effectively.

- Oversee company-wide and divisional forecasts
- Prepare budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual analyses monthly, along with monthly reporting of key metrics and KPIs to support company objectives
- Compiling cost reports, operational analyses, and profitability models for various business and product lines
- Collaborating with the Sales team to evaluate the performance of key sales metrics and enhance forecasting accuracy based on customer pipeline data
- Working with operational leaders to assess project implementation and ongoing costs to improve project profitability analysis
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify and implement best practices that provide valuable information and analysis
- Assisting in the development and review of CAPEX and project budgets
- Contributing to the development and refinement of operational models
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related analytical discipline
- At least 2 years of experience maintaining a three-statement financial model and cash flow projections, with a preference for 4-6 years in corporate FP&A or a similar role
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting practices
- Ability to convey financial information to a non-financial audience
