• CFS New York is working with a global construction and development company looking for a Senior Reporting Manager to join their team

• Looking for someone to bring a business mindset to the organization and work out of their office in Queens, NY

• Responsible for analyzing, reporting, and executing financials in accordance
• Analyzing, reporting, and consolidation of financials according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Execute and provide suggestions to improve accounting and auditing processes used to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Analyze numbers, cash flows and trends by working closely with the controllers and VPs of finance on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Create and execute monthly/quarterly financial schedule by creating and managing deadlines
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships with external auditors and other locations to achieve common goals
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and best practices while informing team members of new/changing accounting practices

• Advanced knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office products (JD Edwards is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; Master's Degree preferred; CPA is a huge plus
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in an international corporate setting
• public accounting experience is a plus
