- Managing daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and short-term investments.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks to support business decisions.
- Overseeing the company's banking relationships and managing banking services.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly treasury reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Supporting the execution of foreign exchange transactions and hedging strategies.
- Assisting with special projects and other treasury-related duties as assigned.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and financial instruments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of cash management, banking, and financial instruments.
- Proficiency with treasury management systems and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- High organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
