- The Staff Accountant reports to the VP of Finance and is responsible for overseeing activities related to Month-end Close, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting of actual performance to the parent company

- Handling all new vendor setup tasks
- Process all banking reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliation
- Working with daily revenue, inventory exception reviews, and postings
- Manage all month-end close and producing financial statements
- Potential need to work with Sales & Use tax accounts and pulling necessary reports to confirm payments
- Prior experience working in retail / selling goods is a plus!
- Proficient with Excel and knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting software is a plus!
