Job description
As a key part of a disruptive and fast-growing toy company, you will be required to maximize opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships, and exceed customer expectations.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with both retail and distributors in the territory.
· Understand the customer timelines and proactively provide team members with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business effectively
· Manage customer specific budgets
· Lead and execute automation goals and process improvements
· Maintain and grow the scope of companies ERP capabilities
· Accurate forecasting and working closely with the the production team to ensure stock is delivered to accounts as required
· Improve our already excellent ship on time history
· Institute process and policy that helps drive efficiency and revenue
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio
· Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
· Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or Asana
· Manage customer specific budgets

· Excellent negotiation and organization skills that could drive business effectively.
· Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
· Ability to travel 15% of the time
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline is preferred
· Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in the CPG; Toy industry experience preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Understanding and proficiency using and architecting ERP systems
· Experience with Monday.com, Asana, or a similar system
· Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel worksheets and POS reports
· Flexibility regarding accounts managed.
· Willing to join a fast-paced and growing company
