Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, engaging, and educational environment for our children, while ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children, develop your skills, and make a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality childcare services to children from infancy to preschool age, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and implement engaging activities and lessons that promote learning, creativity, and social skills.
- Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters a sense of belonging and promotes social and emotional growth.
- Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.
- Implement strategies for behavior management, ensuring a positive and respectful classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to integrate special education and support services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including daily reports, attendance, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's activities, achievements, and any concerns.
- Assist with daily tasks such as mealtime, naptime, and transitions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

- Experience working with young children, including infants and preschoolers..
- Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying.
- Strong knowledge of special education and behavior management techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to providing a nurturing and educational environment that promotes the overall development of children.
