Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting innovative parking solutions, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, pitch, and close deals with garage owners, municipalities, airports, malls, and train stations to promote Creative Parking Solutions' products and services.
- Utilize leads provided by the company and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our parking guidance services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the technology or parking industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
