Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare garnishes and stock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service for customers seated at the bar
- Assist with banquet or event service as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
