Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Posting:
- Schedule and publish content across various social media channels using scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for community engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic.
- Assist in analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Community Management:
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a sense of community across social media channels.
- Monitor industry trends and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to expand our social media reach.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
