Taproom and CCBC Education

Become a Cicerone Certified Server within 3 months of acquiring the position. The necessary training and cost of the exam are provided for by CCBC.

RequirementsTAPROOM STAFF: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Ability to work in an unfatigued state.
Ability to accurately gauge lengths of time and distance
Ability to quickly store and recall instructions in one’s short-term memory.
Ability to concentrate.
Ability to cope with sudden changes in surrounding and/or emergency situations and/or alarms.
Demonstrated caring, committed and concerned attitude about safety.
Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours, maintaining a rigorous pace of activity, including walking the equivalent of ~8-10 miles on a shift
The ability to lift an object that weights within the range of 20-80 pounds.
