  • Educate stakeholders in a simple, easy to understand way about regulatory updates and issues and innovate on ways to foster a culture of compliance and learning
  • Make assertive recommendations on when and how to take smart risks to achieve the business's goals
  • Manage a high volume of work while being able to maintain perspective and prioritize the work according to company goals

  • Comfort with thinking creatively and making smart, assertive recommendations in areas of ambiguity
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, and to take general guidance and run with it
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Must be an active, licensed attorney in good standing of the bar in at least one state jurisdiction
What we would like to see:
  • Experience designing and implementing thoughtful, scalable processes
