Credit Management Company is Hiring a Remote Business Development Specialist

Description

Position Summary:

Credit Management Company is seeking a career minded B2B Business Development Specialist (BDS) to join our team. The BDS is pivotal to the success of our organization – This key individual will play an integral role within CMC’s business development with the opportunity to advance their career/role, leverage sales and demand generation training methods, and further help grow the company.

Your role revolves around fueling the Sales Team with qualified opportunities. Your success is driven by your ability to research, communicate, qualify and nurture leads in the early stages of their relationship with CMC. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US, preferably the Southeast. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive organizational success by conducting outbound sales activities. 

• Spearhead research, cold calling, pipeline development, and contacting prospects. 

• Learn more about our prospective customers through hosting discovery calls to document and organize their needs.

• Leverage HubSpot to ensure efficient lead management. 

• Utilize Hubspot’s features and capabilities to maximize productivity.

• Fully document your activities in HubSpot 

• Develop new business contacts to stimulate sales pipelines. 

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to speed up sales cycles. 

• Deliver exceptional results as a part of a team and independently. 

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills: 

• 2-year post-secondary degree in business or a related field (Preferred) 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

• Be a positive, self-starter and have a desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity. 

• Strong organization skills with a focus on even the smallest detail 

• Prior experience in sales strongly preferred. 

• Prior experience working within Hubspot is preferred.

• Ability to quickly develop relationships with key decision makers.

• You must be tenacious, unflappable, and relentless in your desire to deliver results. 

• Strong decision making/problem-solving skills are a MUST.
