Job Summary

As a Sales and Client Success Executive, you would be responsible for executing marketing plans and sales strategies, penetrating various markets, and acquiring new clients. You would also manage and build existing client relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and strong relations.

Duties

  • Directs and coordinates activities involving sales of company products and services.
  • Develops business plans and sales strategies to attain sales goals and profitability.
  • Consistently strives to meet or exceed established sales requirements.
  • Collaborates actively with clients to identify and understand their needs, and based on that collaboration, participates in recommending and developing reliable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Represents the company with professional and ethical work standards consistent with the mission and vision of the company.
  • Develops and maintains excellent knowledge of Federal regulations, state statutes, bankruptcy laws, FDCPA and all other applicable laws, regulations, and governing activities.
  • Builds relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from CSC services.
  • Builds connections and interfaces with the client’s key decision-makers.
  • Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Reports trends, performance, pipeline status, sales activity, and other key statistics to the President regularly.
  • Consistently strives to meet or exceed established sales requirements.
  • Monitors client preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts and displays familiarity with individual client preferences.
  • Identifies and negotiates acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and/or sale of company assets.
  • Determines which conferences and trade shows are valuable to attend and coordinates the company’s involvement including appointing other team members to attend.
  • Consults with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information according to client specifications and assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Consistently updates action plans to accurately reflect current prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and sales.

Compensation and Benefits

  • CSC’s Sales Commission program offers significant potential for those with initiative and drive and surpass the target
    • Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $100,000 annually
    • Base Pay: $55,000.00
    • Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that CSC provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 8 to 10 years’ sales experience
  • A proven track record of success that includes sales quotas met or exceed
  • Business partner experience is desired
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and insured transportation
  • Transparent and high integrity leadership skills with the ability to convey the company vision of Do What is Right
  • Detail-oriented, strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with clients and consumers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Solid critical thinking, written/verbal communication, presentation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365

Working Conditions

  • Full time
  • Frequent travel by car and/or by airplane with overnight travel required
  • Business hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
  • Closed on Weekends and Holidays
