Credit Solutions, LLC, a leading national collection agency headquartered in Lexington, KY is searching for the right candidate to fill our 3rd Party Assistant Manager position. The 3rd Party Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in managing staff, workflows, and strategies related to third-party collections while providing essential office support to third-party collectors, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

This position will require you to work in the Pacific Time Zone that could range between 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday. No weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the 3rd Party Healthcare floor.

- Develops and maintains workflow strategies for the dialer and collection system.

- Ensures efficient desk/queue management.

- Reviews production stats daily and weekly.

- Conducts initial and ongoing training for collectors.

- Manage floor coverage and scheduling.

- Review collection calls for coaching purposes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities. They should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, show proficiency with computers and office equipment, and exhibit strong leadership and mentorship skills. Maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions is essential. The candidate should also have recent negotiation experience within the collection industry.
