Your Role & Team
The Salesforce Administrator is required to support the Salesforce Manager on systems and level 1 Salesforce support. You will be accountable for maintaining high levels of, and enhancing the business system experience resulting in highly satisfied and engaged internal stakeholders. You will be joining the Business System team, which focusses on providing best practice process and support to various internal stakeholders in CreditorWatch.
This role reports directly to our Salesforce Manager and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.

Our ideal candidate
Ideally our successful candidate will have proven experience within a Systems Support role. You will need to have clear and proven Salesforce Admin experience, specifically using Sales and Service Cloud. You'll be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing new solutions.
Additionally, you'll have the ability to implement and maintain new and existing systems and experience in managing and translating large amounts of data.
Lastly, your verbal and written communication skills along with adaptability and problem solving skills will be exceptional.
