Job Description:

Banking background is a must and looking for someone who can also help with BA analysis so should be good with data and SQL.

Top Skills:

Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint reviews, planning and retrospectives.

Prepare for all scrum events to help drive efficiency during the events.

Excellent technical skills in SQL, Excel

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong Market Risk, Risk, or Front Office experience

2. Strong financial markets product knowledge

3. Strong problem-solving skills and experience of analyzing and validating large volumes of numerical data

Day to Day:

Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint reviews, planning and retrospectives

Prepare for all scrum events to help drive efficiency during the events

Removes or addresses process and technical impediments

Facilitates productivity by removing impediments team will encounter, mediating through conflicts, helping team to make decisions and adhering to continuous improvement principles

Leveraging data to measure & monitor progress (Burndown charts etc.as being used by the or ganization) to increase the development effectiveness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
