Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in capital markets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects within the financial services sector, particularly in capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects related to capital markets, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including traders, analysts, developers, and compliance officers, to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting capital markets to ensure project compliance and alignment with market practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) as a Project Manager in the capital markets industry, with a solid understanding of financial products, trading systems, and market regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing global projects is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $95,649.85 - $115,191.22 per year
