Job Title: Project Manager - Capital Markets

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in capital markets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects within the financial services sector, particularly in capital markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects related to capital markets, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including traders, analysts, developers, and compliance officers, to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting capital markets to ensure project compliance and alignment with market practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) as a Project Manager in the capital markets industry, with a solid understanding of financial products, trading systems, and market regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing global projects is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
