Creedence Energy Services is Hiring a Senior Account Manager Near Healdton, OK

Job Summary Oversees assigned customer accounts and identifies opportunities for optimization, efficiencies, and overall account health. Identifies new opportunities and directs sales plans and business development opportunities.
Expectations High degree of ethics, problem-solving and responsibility required. Expected to design and develop policies and procedures. Exercises discretion and independent judgment. Self-motivated, organized and effective communicator. Requires no supervision. Directs the work of others. Participates in strategic planning with the leadership team.
Essential Duties – either performed personally or through delegation:
  • Manage our key accounts portfolio
  • Provides leadership and guidance to Field Managers
  • Oversees assigned customers/accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer accounts
  • Provide strong account leadership through a consultative sales approach with accounts
  • Create and implement key accounts strategy
  • Coordinates company resources to achieve performance objectives
  • Develops a customer retention program
  • Achieve and sustain revenue and customer targets
  • Forecast future work and resources
  • Effectively leads and motivates team members
  • Provides excellent internal and external customer service

Supervisory DutiesContributes to developing the company culture and retaining high performers. Plans staffing levels. Works with HR and Managers to recruit, interview and select top talent. Delegates appropriately. Develops team through setting clear expectations, coaching, mentoring, goal setting, providing feedback, appraising performance, holding individuals accountable and issuing corrective action when appropriate.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, Chemistry or Geology preferred, plus 4 years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of chemical handling and application.

Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license – some travel expected.
Physical Requirements – Lift, push, pull and carry up to 20 pounds chest high. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require standing, crouching and/or kneeling, sitting, walking, driving and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear, and see.
Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles.
Work Environment – In the office 40% of the time or meeting with current/potential customers. In the field 60% with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather, precipitation and wind. Potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil and gases while in the field. Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.
Financial Skills – Understands the financial implications of business decisions, monitors market competition, targets potential customers for business development, present revenue to leadership team.
Communication Skills – Effectively communicates with all levels of the workforce both internally and externally, demonstrates active listening skills, understands audience and tailors communication methods as needed, accepts feedback and provides constructive input.
Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDS’s), operating instructions and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
Computer Skills – Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, Access, etc.). Proficiency in designing spreadsheets, creating advanced formulas, charts and tables required. Must be able to design professional presentations.
Work Ethic – Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow company policies and procedures and take responsibility for your own actions.
