Creekside Performance Center is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Sheboygan, WI

Creekside Performance Center is growing and we are excited to add a dynamic and outstanding team member to assist with front desk duties. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Greet & assist clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar

- Collect and apply payments for patients

- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance information

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence

- Assist with administrative tasks to support the team

Qualifications:

- Friendly and approachable personality

- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

- Dependable with excellent time management skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus

Working Hours:

- Shifts vary Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to Noon.

- Shifts range from 4-8 hours per day

- Expected to work 20-30 hours per week

Compensation:

- Starting pay is $13-$16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
