Creekstone Farms Premium Beef is Hiring a Harvest Byproducts Lead Near Arkansas, KS
Essential Functions Of The Job Include
- Ensure all workers have proper work attire, safety equipment and training partner if required at the beginning of the shift.
- Walk the area several times each hour ensuring the job functions are completed properly in each area and at the proper speed and quality levels.
- Relieve workers needing to leave the line at unscheduled times.
- Immediately inform the Supervisor of all unscheduled line stops due to problems in the area.
- Be able to perform any/all jobs in area.
- Responsible for covering during absenteeism for hourly production and supervisor.
- Climbing occasionally
- Stooping occasionally
- Crouching occasionally
- Standing for 8 or more hours per day
- Walking frequently
- Pushing frequently
- Pulling frequently
- Grasping frequently
- Repetitive motions frequently
