Creekstone Farms Premium Beef is Hiring a Reliability Coordinator Near Arkansas, KS
- Assists the maintenance department in achieving the goals of improved machinery performance and incremental improvement.
- Plans jobs for proactive work (PM’s, work orders, safety, and corrective actions)
- Help conduct RCA meetings to determine the root cause of downtime and help implement corrective actions
- Assists Maintenance Department Management with weekly workflow and scheduling and tracking job status as directed by Manager.
- Maintain current documentation for equipment: manuals, specs, parts lists, etc.
- Coordinate daily with Reliability Manager
- Assist maintenance department in developing and implementing effective proactive strategies, including development and periodic review of PM’s
- Foster a culture of safety awareness through correct maintenance processes
- Help organize spare parts inventories for maintenance departments
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Perform PM audits from each maintenance department
- Ensure new equipment installed has PM’s written prior to startup of new equipment
- Ensure new equipment gets critical spare parts set up in the warehouse
- Anytime equipment is retired all spare parts need to be removed from the warehouse inventory (unless they can be used on other equipment)
- Follow the plant’s continuous improvement process and plan
- Must be able to attend specialty training classes in-house and outside facility training
- Maintain visibility of work order and PM backlog
- Provide assistance with staging parts for weekend jobs/projects
- All other duties as assigned
- 2 years of Reliability Maintenance preferred
- Working knowledge of all aspects of industrial maintenance preferred
- Good attendance record, exceptional safety record
- Good computer skills (excel, work, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.)
- Physical demands include walking and stair climbing, working in high overhead areas
- Work in areas that may include knives, machinery, electrical equipment, ammonia, hydraulics, forklift/pallet jack traffic
- Required to lift a maximum of 60 pounds with assistance of a fellow team member
- Temperature in work areas varies depending on where employee is working
- Able to work productively and independently, good time management skills
- Clear communication skills – verbally and in written form
- Ability to take direction
- Good attitude
- Ability to work alternate shifts when needed and available to work weekends
