JOB SUMMARY:
The Supply Clerk is responsible for supporting operations by owning the packaging needs of the plant. They will work closely with the packaging buyer and warehouse team. They will be responsible for being an example to other Team Members using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a “Creekstone Proud” culture through attitude and actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Scheduled hours are 4 am – 12 pm.
• Unload packaging materials (boxes, bags, films, labels, etc.) and store in designated areas.
• Assist in weekly inventory counts and maintain data in inventory spreadsheets.
• Assist with orders for materials below minimum inventory levels from approved vendors.
• Unload trailers to support the packaging needs of Operations.
• Daily replenishment of stocking areas (bags, boxes, film, etc.)
• Assist with annual cycle counts.
• Assist the 1st shift receiving clerk with receiving functions.
• Daily housekeeping of packaging storage areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to use a pallet jack or PIT.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Functional with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic math skills are necessary.
• Clear professional communication skills – verbally and in written form.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential data appropriately.
• Ability to take direction humbly and collaborate to define and pursue team goals.
