Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, possess strong technical skills, and be dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities. This position would work with two apartment communities and another maintenance employee.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, filter replacements, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Complete daily service requests as needed
-Skilled in painting and drywall work
-Prepare vacant apartments for future occupants
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
-Dependable transportation, valid driver's license and ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in property maintenance
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
