Crema is Hiring a Barista Near Springfield, OR
Crema at RiverBend in the Northwest Specialty Clinics, between the sky bridges, is looking for an upbeat customer service-oriented barista to join our team. Crema hours of operation currently are Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Crema strives to maintain a high level of quality in everything we do. We expect our employees to be able to meet the standards our customers have come to expect.
The ideal candidate will be able to meet these requirements:
- 1 year Barista experience
- Hours for this positions will mainly be the closing shift from 12-4pm with the possibly to work some mornings and mid shift.
- Work approximately 20-25 hours per week, or as assigned for cross coverage
- Current Oregon food handlers card
- Willing to work as part of a team as well as independently
- An attention to detail
- Able to learn quickly
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a high level of quality
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Flexible
- A positive/friendly attitude
- Great customer service skills
- Self-starter
