Summary
The concierge plays a unique role in performing a wide range of tasks and activities and sets the experience for every person that walks into Cresa Phoenix. This position demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, communication, organization and proactiveness. The concierge is responsible for many administrative duties, meeting support, Principal and Broker requests and other important office needs.
One significant expectation of the Concierge is that this person will provide a consistent and memorable office experience. This person will be encouraged to be creative and take initiative with little supervision.
Essential duties and responsibilities
• Greet all employees, visitors, and guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Treat everyone with courtesy and respect
• Manage morning and afternoon snacks and beverages – be inventive and thoughtful about fresh foods
• Handle and coordinate a wide variety of administrative, project-based, and sometimes complex tasks
• Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and reservations
• Compiling menus and ordering food for office events
• Prepare the spaces for meetings and events – from Conference rooms to lobby to kitchen
• Keep mailroom organized and stocked with office supplies
• Order snacks for office and keep kitchen stocked
• Monitor, filter and respond to all incoming and outgoing email, phone, and written communications; monitor all necessary follow up; communicate on behalf of the principal’s
• Handle confidential information
• Handle office communications
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings as requested
• Handle the Principals and Brokers daily requests
• Handle all other duties as they are assigned or developed
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Must have the ability to handle potential problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems
Qualifications Required:
• Excellent work ethic, including integrity, positive attitude, productive, gives 100%, organized, team player, respectful, excellent attendance, continuously learning and focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to listen
• Confidence, maturity, clarity of thought and alertness
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
• A high level of confidentiality
• Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests and associates
• Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks
• A friendly, personable, approachable and caring personality
Education/Experience
• 3 years of Concierge or of similar position
• Administrative experience
