We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of new tax legislative developments for international markets and review implications on current/deferred tax reporting
• Support VP Tax on enterprise-wide tax, operating, and business transaction projects
• Develop and manage relationships with key individuals across the organization to ensure that Tax is at the forefront of business decisions and that tax risks are proactively managed/mitigated
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding M&A transactions to ensure accurate tax provision reporting
• Support tax automation and data analysis initiatives
• Mentor staff for further development within the tax function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience as a Tax Manager
• Experience with M&A and Joint Venture Transactions
• Ability to understand and apply complex tax concepts to minimize taxes and risk
• Critical thinker and problem solver
