Required Skills and Abilities:
- At least one (1) year of hotel accounting experience highly preferred
- Lightspeed experience a plus
- Microsoft Excel Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to operate personal computer and calculator
- Mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
- At least two (2) years customer service experience required
Job Description
- Sort and verify accuracy of Night Audit work (primarily receivables)
- Cash handling responsibilities
- Post city ledger payments in property management system, reconcile and bill all city ledger accounts.
- Perform follow-up billing and credit collection documentation and inform Controller of any potential uncollected accounts
- Assist in reconciling open account status items
- Assist with processing all approved AP invoices for payment ensuring that all signatures and backup is attached
- Speak with previous/current guests and resolve billing inquires and issues
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
