The Consumer Products Division at Crest Foods is looking to hire a self-driven individual to expand our department. The Consumer Products Administrative Support will be responsible for working with external customers and internal departments (QA, R&D, Purchasing, Sales, Scheduling, Production, Mix, and Accounting), maintaining inventories and managing finished product shipments. They will also be cross-trained to support all departments in the Consumer Products Division.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Customer Correspondence
· Taking orders from customers and tracking their delivery
· Invoicing
· Maintain Invoicing/receivables in Quickbooks
· Maintain pricing in AS400
· Reconciling Inventories
· Coordination of production runs
General hours of work:
- Monday-Friday - TBD
Skills required:
· Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
· Experience with AS400 a plus
· Manufacturing/Production knowledge a plus
· Effective written and verbal communication
· Good organization and multi-tasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
