We believe that if we take excellent care of our employees, they will take excellent care of our residents. _ _We offer skilled nursing care, long term and short-term patients along with all therapy services._ _Apply today and become a part of our family! _ *DESCRIPTION* * Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office * Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office * Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls * Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) * Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email * Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries * Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) * Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Must be able to remain calm in an urgent situation to make announcements over the loud speaker. Candidate must have a pleasant personality for this position. Must be able to multi-task under pressure. Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel is a plus. Perfect job for high school or college student or someone looking for a part-time position who enjoys interaction with many people. Casual business dress and professional appearance. *Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Rotating weekends Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
