Compensation :

$50,000 includes base pay commission

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee customer and client experiences throughout the sales process
  • Establish and achieve weekly sales goals
  • Act as a guide to potential home buyers and sellers, engaging in daily phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Demonstrate the ability to initiate and maintain conversations with new leads consistently
  • Develop rapport with clients promptly
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
  • Quickly discern client needs and objectives
  • Work independently to ensure all targets are met
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and documentation skills
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients
  • Approach each workday with enthusiasm and a desire to learn more

Qualifications :

  • No prior experience in real estate is necessary, sales experience is preferred
  • Required to obtain a real estate license at a mutually agreed-upon timeframe after being hired. Not required for initial employment
  • Must be a good culture fit for CrestPoint Real Estate. We are focused on a team-centered and collaborative atmosphere
  • Should be proficient in computer use and navigating the web
  • Possess an excellent phone presence
  • Be dependable - show up daily to the office. This is an in-office position
