Cincinnati Marriott North is actively seeking dynamic candidates to fill our full-time Front Desk Associate positions. Candidates MUST HAVE open availability (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent position include:
-providing exceptional service to guests at all times
-assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all guest services related functions
-greets and registers guests, provides room assignments, and accommodate special requests
-answers all incoming internal/external calls using proper etiquette
-has thorough knowledge of reservation system and procedures
-resolves guest challenges and takes appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction
-processes guest payments and follows proper cash handling procedures
-must be able to stand for 8 consecutive hours
Qualifications and Skills
Previous hotel experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience required.
