Must be available to work rotating weekends (day shift)

Responsibilities of an Admissions Coordinator:

• Review medical referrals from various sources
• Obtain Insurance Verifications and Authorizations
• Obtain, summarize, and analyze trends to create admissions reports.

Qualifications for an Admissions Coordinator:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Education or prior experience in a work-related field a plus (such as Office Support, Healthcare Services, Business, Marketing, Medical Admissions or Health Insurance, Social Service, and/or Patient Education).
• Must be familiar with Medical Terminology.
• Must be proficient in the use of personal computer (Windows, Internet, and Applications/Programs navigation).
