The Coordinator, HVAC & IoT - Service Dispatch is responsible for scheduling routine preventative maintenance visits, executing work orders and dispatching Trade Partners for service repairs & replacements via triage from Partnership Support Services, utilizing the CRM system to ensure account transparency to team members, demonstrating and representing the company’s mission internally & externally, having best-in-class industry and company service and product knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver on operating / retention targets for clients by executing the company’s philosophical principle (being the best in the world at what we do) during every aspect of service dispatch with Clients & Trade Partners.

  • Manage communication & CRM account documentation
  • Client communication – verbal & written, as required
  • Verification of equipment performance via systems
  • Needs analysis for troubleshooting & education
  • Escalate highly technical, as required
  • Dispatch Trade Partners (beyond “Not-to-Exceed” “NTE”)
  • Close-out Trade Partner visits
  • Represent the company’s mission externally and internally in all forms of communication.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely and concise delivery throughout the service experience, include the transition of Client and / or Trade Partner to Vertical SMEs to solve complex field challenges.
  • Support Accounts Payable audit questions for timely billing and invoice processes
  • Maintain a best-in-class CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability against open service cases and to utilize for weekly reporting.
  • Develop, in collaboration with the Manager, HVAC & IoT - Service Delivery, your individual S.M.A.R.T. goals that tie into the Department & Company plan.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all ProStar and industry products/services and how to articulate the value of such products, as it pertains to delivering against responsibilities.
  • Continue to refine your client service skills via company and personal education.
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree desired; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • HVAC related expertise; field experience preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of service or technical-related positions.
  • Demonstrate consistency in delivering against individual targets within a team.
  • Handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals, and create a sense of urgency.
  • Track record of positive, Mission-Oriented culture creation and growth.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders through service execution.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Office-based role in Frisco, TX (Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro) or Federal Way, WA (Seattle Metro); eight (8) hour shifts are available from 7 AM CST (5 AM PST) – 7 PM CST (5 PM PST).
  • Share a minimum of two (2) relevant references, upon request.
